Your scans stay on the phone or tablet where you created them. Raqeemly does not upload them to a company account, sync service, or web dashboard, so storage remains local unless you choose to export something yourself.

Your documents live only on your old phone, so export the ones you want to keep (share them to email, a cloud drive, or AirDrop) before you switch. Install Raqeemly on the new phone and restore your purchase with the same store account. We're working on making this smoother.

Open Raqeemly on the new device and tap Restore Purchases in Settings, signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with. Your upgrade is tied to that store account, not to any Raqeemly account.

Uninstalling deletes every scan stored in the app, permanently — there's no copy on a server to recover. Export anything you want to keep first. Your purchase survives and can be restored.

An account would mean collecting your email, storing a password, and running servers your documents would eventually pass through. We'd rather not hold any of it, so the app doesn't ask.

Email support@raqeemly.com and tell us what happened. If the app has crashed, it saves a report on your device and offers to attach it, that detail helps a lot.
