Is this a subscription?
No. It's a single payment. Nothing renews and there's nothing to cancel.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up, and no email address is collected.
What happens when I reach 5 pages?
The Add Page button stops at page 6 and you're shown the upgrade option. Nothing is lost and nothing breaks. Documents you already have with more than 5 pages stay intact and fully usable.
Why is the price shown in USD?
USD 4.99 is the base price. Your store shows the equivalent in your local currency, which varies by region and by local taxes.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under that store's refund policy. We can't issue refunds directly. This doesn't limit any remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
What if I get a new phone?
The purchase is tied to your Apple or Google account, not to a Raqeemly account. Sign in to the same store account and use Restore Purchases.
